Upon securing the project, our team worked closely with the client’s project and facilities teams, refining materials and navigating pandemic-related constraints. We adapted the existing ventilation system to align with the client’s layout. We Installed a contemporary open-plan office complete with FF&E and fire compartmentalisation to segregate the client’s space from the existing tenant’s.

We created acoustically glazed offices and partitions for private offices and meeting rooms. We installed new power distribution, comprehensive network cabling, a new floor track, as well as LED strip lighting.

Despite the pandemic’s challenges, our team’s flexibility, efficient coordination, and seamless communication with the landlord and facilities management team ensured the project’s successful and timely completion.
