We delivered a complete office refurbishment for Everywhen Lincoln, one of our major clients in the insurance sector, transforming their existing workspace into a modern, open and efficient working environment. The brief included a larger breakout space, executive offices, a dedicated meeting room and an upgraded boardroom accommodating 20 people.

The project involved extensive strip-out and demolition works, including the removal of existing partitions, finishes, carpeting and ceilings. The office was fully reconfigured, with refurbished partitions, complete redecoration and new flooring throughout. We also incorporated a branded feature wall and new signage to reinforce Everywhen Lincoln’s identity within the workspace. We also upgraded the air conditioning, fire alarm systems, power supplies, lighting and IT infrastructure, including new data cabling. As part of the brief, we coordinated the relocation of employees from 2 other UK offices into the new Lincoln office. Through careful planning and project management, the refurbishment was successfully delivered within seven weeks, creating a modern, high-performing workplace designed to support approximately 70 employees, fostering productivity and collaboration.
